What you need to do
Almost nothing right now. NovaScribe.ai continues to work during the transition. Over the next several weeks, you'll see VexaScribe references in the app, in emails, and on the site — that's expected.
Once the full migration completes, novascribe.ai will redirect to vexascribe.com. At that point you'll sign in once on vexascribe.com using your existing credentials — same email, same password, same data. The first time only, you may be asked to enter your password again because sessions are domain-specific.
For people who've linked to NovaScribe
All existing novascribe.ai URLs will continue to work during the transition. Once the full migration is complete, novascribe.ai links will automatically redirect to their vexascribe.com equivalents. Bookmarks, search engine results, and shared transcript URLs will keep working. No action needed on your end.
If you're writing about the product in a review, comparison, or article, both names are valid during the transition. The most accurate phrasing is “VexaScribe (formerly NovaScribe)” or “NovaScribe, now rebranded as VexaScribe”.
