Troubleshooting
Bot stuck in waiting room
Zoom waiting room is enabled and no host is present to admit the bot. The meeting host should check the waiting room and admit the NovaScribe bot.
Zoom built-in transcript not available
Cloud recording is not enabled, or your plan doesn’t support it. Enable cloud recording in Zoom Settings → Recording, or use the NovaScribe meeting bot instead.
Poor transcript quality from Zoom’s built-in
Zoom’s built-in transcription has lower accuracy for accents, overlapping speech, and non-English languages. Use NovaScribe’s AI transcription which supports 99 languages.
Can’t find local recording files
